Mark is a musician, communicator and lived-experience speaker with more than 30 years of experience. He leads the vision, programme development and frontline delivery, turning difficult subjects into honest, hopeful conversations that young people understand and remember.

Mathew brings more than 15 years of experience across sport, education, social enterprise and community development. He oversees planning, delivery management, facilitator coordination, compliance and quality, helping every programme run with care and consistency.

Beth supports the planning and development that helps Sound of Change grow responsibly. Her work spans funding research, bid coordination, partnerships, evaluation, communications and impact reporting, strengthening both our reach and our long-term sustainability.
