Information you choose to provide
When you make an enquiry, you may provide your name, role, organisation, email address, telephone number, preferred timeframe and information about the setting or support you are seeking.
Please do not include the names of young people, medical information or other sensitive personal information in an initial website enquiry.
How the enquiry form works
The website does not automatically send or store the information entered into the enquiry form. When you select “Open my email draft”, the website asks your device to open your usual email application with a draft addressed to info@soundofchange.co.uk. You can review, change or delete the draft before choosing whether to send it.
How we use your information
We use information you send to respond to your enquiry, recommend suitable support, arrange conversations, prepare proposals and manage any services or partnership you ask us to discuss. We use it where necessary to take steps at your request, deliver an agreed service, meet legal obligations or pursue our legitimate interest in responding to and managing genuine enquiries.
